Joining an Alliance with an NPC Corp Toon

I have a set of characters that are older and have always been native to their NPC corps (Same one) and I’d like to keep it that way.

However, I’d like to play in Null with an agreement (Blue) with the controlling alliance, for a fee.

Is there anyway to do this without starting or joining another corp?
