Legion Equinox Blueprint Conversion

Looking at the Legion patch notes, it says:

“We are converting all old, defunct blueprints from Aegis Sovereignty to be updated with new blueprints applicable to Equinox Sov. This will happen automatically after downtime on May 27th.”

However May 29th, and I still have my old Defunct Blueprints.
What’s the scoop?

That the conversion process did not go as planned during expansion deployment and CCP wants to try again “later”.
