With the EVE Online: Legion expansion being deployed on Tuesday, 27 May 2025, the downtime period is expected to be a little longer than normal. We anticipate that the server should once again be accessible at 11:30 UTC, but if work is completed sooner, we’ll open up once everything is confirmed as expected.
As the work progresses, updates will be posted here and on our Status page.
11:00 UTC: Tranquillity is offline, and deployment of Legion has started!
11:06 UTC: The longest part of the deployment has started - the conversion process of old to new blueprints!
11:17 UTC: The process is still ongoing
11:26 UTC: Conversion process is still ongoing. It’s likely we may extend beyond the 30-minute window.
11:30 UTC: Unfortunately, the conversion didn’t go as expected, and we’re preparing to start the process again.
11:36 UTC: Investigation into the problems of the previous failed conversion is ongoing.
11:46 UTC: The deployment process is being restarted now. The conversion process for the defunct blueprints didn’t go as expected, but to prevent further delay, we’re going to continue with deploying the rest of the expansion!
11:50 UTC: Deployment is complete, doing some final spot checks!
11:56 UTC: Checks were yielding some heavy, unexpected database usage. ESI has been temporarily suspended to reduce the initial pressure. Checks are continuing.
12:04 UTC: Checks complete and server is being opened for access!
12:05 UTC: ESI Should be enabled again in around the next 10 minutes.
A direct access to the benefits window from the Neocom.
This will be visible to:
Alpha clones, as a persistent reminder of what Omega can offer.
Omega clones nearing expiration, giving a timely reminder.
The patch isn’t even live and I already have found reasons to complain. Another unremovable icon in the neocom, killing even more of what precious little space is available…
And looking at the map screenshot, CCP has not improved the data display of the new map in any way, shape or form. It looks still way worse, harder to read, harder to understand than the old map.
