Good thing you deployed on a test server to test, and not the live system.

The idiom “one step forward, two steps back” describes a situation where progress is made, but then that progress is followed by events that cause the situation to be further behind than it was before. It essentially means that progress is uneven, with periods of improvement followed by setbacks.

It could be a scale issue, or it could be that some of the blueprints somewhere in the cluster, are in an unforeseen state, like the delivery window of a defunct character, locked behind a corp lockdown vote, etc… Who knows x)
