Hey guys,

The extended downtime announced here yesterday is taking a little longer than expected.

We’re currently in the process of restarting the Tranquility cluster, and hope to be back online as soon as possible.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused!

UPDATES:

11:30 - DOWNTIME WILL BE EXTENDED BEYOND THE ANNOUNCED 30 MINUTES
11:45 - MAINTENANCE IN STILL ONGOING - TQ IS CURRENTLY OFFLINE
12:00 - TQ IS CURRENTLY ONLINE IN VIP MODE WHILE WE PERFORM MAINTENANCE
12:05 - TQ IS BEING SHUT DOWN TO COMPLETE MAINTENANCE
12:20 - MAINTENANCE IS STILL ONGOING
12:40 - WE ARE CURRENT STILL WORKING ON MAINTENANCE TASKS - NO PRESENT ETA
12:55 - TQ IS BACK ONLINE AND ACCEPTING CONNECTIONS

yep…still getting “not accepting connections”

For me it’s switching between “Not accepting connections” and “down” and “cannot refresh auth token”

Same here but i thought i read somewhere was extended dt today ??

one of my alliance mates saw 15 min dt before cluster shut down so dont think so

If that is true, any and all such notices should be posted on the launcher window itself - front & center so it cannot be missed.

Fantastic. An extended DT warning burried under an onslaught of skin ads and meet ads, and no popup notification for it either… Good job.

@CCP_Falcon is there any way to make sure that such articles appear in the Launcher on the day they are published?
