Lies around CSM and what is it for?

Hello, I want to talk about CSM and our resentment of this role in the game.

For earlier, I apologize for my English level - I will use a translator.

I am CEO of ISEEU corporation and CEO of Alliance Observatory Great Bear | Alliance | zKillboard

We have open community with recruitment, corp projects and we are high activity group of players

in Pochven region, we also have players that play in wormholes, ganking etc

For more then a two years we created our corp/ali (our alliance is one corp) we clear our member list each months to kick those who don’t play but in total for 2 years we had around 60+ live players (not accounts we have many multiboxers) that joined us and left or left in deep irl. At the moment and as i can see in Pochven region there are only 3 groups that do recruitment (opened community of players) that do recruitment of new players - all other groups have closed community by they’re own reason (we think it is rmt) who knows - we are not GM’s or CCP to talk about this and this post is not about them.

I would like to talk about CSM that all of Pochven players have voted - and winner of this vote was Seddow . BUT sometimes in past TOP and thunderstorm of region was Rote Kapelle And they have player Drake Iddon. This guy was chosen as CSM too (many of us know he have friend in CCP team)

This guy starting from 2023 was “collecting logs” and send them to CCP if seen in them some threads or cheats or something. He was involved in mass petitions were i was banned in 2023 and after investigation - i was unbanned. After this he started his own investigation and teal those days he still collect against us logs. I am not sure why he hate us so much but many times on official discord he said we were liars and he had 100% information from verified players - almost all of those players atm are banned for RMT and now when i asked him were the info come - he don’t answer.

I even talked to CCP about him in 2023 and answer was that he is just “roleplay” his own role, that he is not part of CCP team and all his “logs" or words” nothing special - same as all players can do by reporting others.

Well now he is CSM of Pochven and he wasn’t chose by players (our assumption that he has a friend in the CCP team is confirmed and he got into the CSM team not according to the rules.

Well - OK, we don’t mind if this is CCP vision, we didn’t had our candidate and i don’t think it is possible cos Drake Iddon did everything to create illusion that we are cheaters for those years, i also know for sure he was contacting other groups and warning them to not cooperate with us - otherwise they could have “problems” not sure what this mean, but those groups didn’t wand any problems from “CCP’s friend”

So now is 2025 and i can see the result of our corporation in region Pochven :

This is TOP by region Pochven for all the time of region exist (2020-2025) i’ll remember you our corp is from 2023.06 created

on the first place is our corp

In alliances we didn’t get the first place but we will (3000-4000 kills each month) nullsec blocks had bg fights for citadels that was in region (each fight like 5000-10000 kills)

As you can see start of burning isk in region is the same month that we created our corp (on that moment not all of us was in corp/ali) - cos from this moment we become the hugest problem for all rmt groups in region and they started mass petitions on us (Drake Iddon was involved in this - i remind you)

And till those days this is not ends but we already see how was banned many many packs in region that was saying we are cheaters and rmt and bann evading and etc (i always was saying that they lie about us cos we hurt they’re “buisness” in region)

And this is also answer on “were all your isk” on killboard in our characters in our corp (we started playing in region as most of other players had like 3-4 characters and difficult were gain fleet from 15 chars to do observatorys) but we understood very fast that we cannot compete with multiboxers on ishtars - we couldn’t catch that and get the fight - old mechanic with gates and observatorys gave them big advantage (fast run and close Ancient gate in observatorys by many interdictors)

I know it is difficult to believe but we are in TOP 30 in all EVE Univers for 90 days statistic at last year at least

We are not against CSM or work on changes in region - we do like changes (not all of them are good by our opinion) BUT we can see that CSM from Pochven is working against biggest active group of players in region - it can be see by statistic on Zkillboard.

All of our corp members do like this, player with simple character or multiboxers are happy like kids when they open Opportunity window and find there some rewards for killing other players - IT IS BEST what could be in that game - earn on kills - Thank you CCP it is really working and it cost all taxes from corp i can see result on KB and i can hear happy voices of my corp mates - making me happy and proud to be CEO of this corporation.

From beginning of CSM career Drake Iddon started working against our group. He think that we are too strong, we have too many isk and players/multiboxers compared to other groups (as i said we are opened community - wile other groups are private few people that own 2-3 PCs and 3-5 packs of characters )

Those “private groups” don’t shy to talk about that in official discord were they have support from CSM who personal hate our corp and doesn’t mater what i will write there (we are non english speaking players) it will be spammed overwrite by thousand of posts.

Pochven started to be patched many times and last year we had an incident with our corp member (corp Director) He had a PC with eyes in region (this is needed to see at least all new packs how they started, who help them to grow up and ofcourse huge enemy fleets that can appear in region)

He had 27 characters on the same network, without any cheats/bots or scripts - why i am sure in this - cos he had banned for 3 days by the system when region was patched and CCP entered decloack timer of 6 min - so our guy started to do cloack and decloack each 15 min (guaranteed timer in cloack) Ofcourse he is not a machine so he had alot of loses of those buzzards by different reasons (bad clicking/bad timer/he couldn’t click cloacks cos he was fighting) btw he is in TOP 10 of Pochven

So i hope there was investigation and he was unbanned and after a wile time CCP decided to change timer on 1 hour and he lived with that a long time wile CCP changed it to 9 min like it is now

Dude extremely was doing cloack/decloack when he was playing and he have mechanic keyboard so everyone in Teamspeak could hear how he click buttons on eyes (it was very fast using evepreview and loud, he also was saying some good words about patch ofcourse)

And this summer we had new patch with new decloack (9 min) and exactley as it was in first time with this patch he catch the bann on his eyes BUT (as i understand) it was second time when CCP automated system ban him so bann was permament and we can not knock knock to anybody to start investigation (simple reason is we have personal hater in CSM) even in patch notes was sayd that decloack timer is changed to take advantage of the group that have them (our corp)

CCP if you wanted us to play without eyes - you could talk with us about this. It is not a big problem to show you that we can play without them (i hope you can see this now) but playing without eyes against “private groups” that have botted eyes with announcement in discord is very difficult.

I understand CCP want some ballance in region i agree with that - this is one of the reason we didn’t try EVER to take all the region under our control and we don’t have any blue standings. Who fly pochven - they know that doesn’t matter who you are but if in greed will be ISEEU corp - they will be primary. It was from beginning i guess this is unic place were FRT GOONS and HORDE DEEPWATER they could join forces to fight against us (btw we liked it it is one of reason why we don’t wana have any blues)

I understand i will have problems (probably i can be banned), i understand many will think that i am crazy and can’t see all situation and my vision of this all is wrong - but i really hope that someone from CCP will read this and will contact us and will explain WHY CSM from Pochven region - banned ISEEU (TOP actively corp in region) in all discussions about region, when was mitting with CSM and Pochven players in voice (in personal Drake Iddons discord) we was banned on that discord server and nobody EVER didn’t ask us about what we think about changes in region what we think will be good to eco system in region what will help to rise number of players in region and etc …

Just let me drop my totally unrelated opinion: Any Corp, Alliance or Group that accepts and/or promotes massmultiboxing within their ranks deserves nothing but ■■■■ thrown at them at any possible opportunity. And I absolutely don’t care if its justified, unjustified, made-up, to create chaos or frustration, for politics or tactical reasons. All massmultiboxers must burn, cry bitter tears, quit the game, never come back and be hopefully forgotten.

CCP shoul have made it so you can only log on 1 account at a time. Let all 3 character slots log in if they have omega/mct running.

Hard limiting 3 toons would have been infinetly healthier for the game

CSM are biased, this isn’t new. Drake was chosen as he represented Pochven interests. While Seddow did say he has experience in Pochven, his campaign was primarily focused on low sec and pvp in general (this is me looking at his forum post for when he ran 1 paragraph out of 10ish). Drake based his data on numbers that CCP puts out, and he himself plays primarily in Pochven as well. He DID make it in the top 20 spots and thus is a valid pick for CCP in those last 2 slots. It is expected for CSM to advocate for their interests. Goon CSM members act in interest of Goons and FRT CSM for FRT interests. You claim you have Seddow on your side, so having Drake there with an opposing view in fine.

This is not how the CSM elections work, there are 12 CSM members:
Out of all player votes using the STV system, the top 10 are directly elected

After these are elected, two of the players who were placed 11th to 20th are considered by CCP to be selected, I was in the top 20 and was selected alongside Youngpuke2

Correct, I was annoyed at the rampant and obvious cheating in many areas of the game, not just pochven, the original thing that set me off was input broadcasted stormbringers in wormholes that fired at a max tank sacrilege in order to one shot anyone coming out of a wormhole without needing to lock the enemy ship

I developed my own tooling that parses client log files in order to quickly determine if someone is (or isn’t) likely to be cheating

If the log tool highlighted that the player was likely cheating, then I would tell people how to effectively send a report, because quite frankly CCP’s reporting system is utterly useless at times and many people do not know which report to make or how

I have not instructed anyone to mass petition any one, cheater or no, and I myself have not reported anyone on my characters when I do these investigations, as I am not party to the event

You have already answered this question, I get the information from logs, I make a judgement call if it is or isn’t cheating, then I instruct players how to report effectively

CCP makes the ultimate decision on the reports without my intervention, and they have far more server information to make a decision than I do from the client logs

Unless I have some insane sleep talking ability, I do not talk about you or your alliance, nor do I get involved in inter-alliance politics in pochven (with the sole exception of when a player’s life is threatened, which to my knowledge did not involve your alliance at all)

My work as a member of the CSM fits neatly into four categories:
1: Pochven ecosystem overhaul
2: Addressing Monetisation policy and in-game Economic issues
3: Various QOL improvements, bug fixes, balance tweaks
4: Continuing to aid in policy enforcement of cheaters (which I was doing prior to the CSM anyway as described above)

You will notice that neither yourself, nor your alliance, are on this list, except in any circumstance that someone supplies evidence to me that a member may be cheating

I am not privy to the circumstances that led to team security banning CCTV accounts (multiple times I might add, both in your alliance and others) due to them being botted

However I may suggest that your corp director may want to take a break, because decloaking and recloaking 27 accounts every 15 minutes, every hour, of every day, must mean he is in dire need of an unbroken 8 hour sleep

The Pochven Roundtable is indeed ran by myself, and ISEEU had initially been prevented from having a representative under the fact that I will not have people in there that have been banned for cheating, such as yourself

This was done back when ISEEU was a much smaller alliance and was primarily yourself and a few other multiboxers, who had also been banned for input broadcasting

This ban also extended to 7.62 alliance under the same circumstances for their players having been banned for cheating

Around November 2024 I relaxed this rule slightly as times had changed, I offered for 7.62 and ISEEU to have representatives, and looked for players that (to my knowledge) had not had any bans

I selected Alfie from 7.62, and I selected German Freeman for ISEEU

German Freeman joined, and immediately demanded that I invite Melnikov (who has been banned before) and you (who have also been banned before)

Instead of paraphrasing, I will just post the entire DMs that I had with him

After this interaction, German Freeman left the roundtable, he is welcome back at any time when he is ready to represent your alliance
