Local Comms Blackout - Discussion Thread

These nullbears actually don’t get it - null sec is supposed to be dangerous you goofus, you people are supposed to be the raiders. I guess CCP is about to send you all back to high sec where you belong.

You don’t get it bots will suffer a lot too:
With no local you can use WHs to get into system without being noticed. Then use a cloaky tackle and you will get the bots, no dscan warning etc.
The only thing bots will ever be able to evade this is by putting an extra scout on every WH or roll them. That means a lot of effort in game and in coding. Anyway it will reduce the bots efficiency a lot.

Then take away nullified ships and hotdrops that make ganking “safe” for idiots too stupid to know how to pvp with risk

Not believing in your own conclusions is a telltale sign of a person not able to make quality conclusions in the first place. Thanks for confirming that you are the case of common stupid.

So… the same thing that works against humans because theres literally no counter?

Git good, or get out of null!

NOM NOM NOM :smile_cat:

I believe in my conclusions. I said don’t believe what YOU think. Your inability to read and comprehend shows how common a c??t you really are. Step out of the Venture slowly so you don’t hurt yourself.

And quit hiding behind an alt. You’re not even on zkill so you prolly don’t even PLAY Eve

Trust me when I say this wont go the way you’re hoping, you may not even be capable of seeing that far ahead, but this wont be the golden moment you think itll be of ccp bending everyone over to give you free easy kills to feel good.

a) Bots have perfect reaction to new signatures.
b) Bots have perfect dscan attention, which may and probably will catch you in that one tick between breaking hole cloak and using your own.
c) Bots have perfect grid reaction as well.
d) Bots do not need to roll, they just change systems.

Of course they are affected, but to a much lesser degree than normal ratters, which is the whole point - they end up relatively better than others, except maybe super ratters under supercap umbrellas, who are basically unaffected at all.

Will you be propping up the risk/reward ratio for nullsec activities accordingly as well?

Quit using logic. Nobody here will comprehend that the more hurdles you place the better automation becomes. It’s almost like bots dont get tired or distracted like humans. Filthy botting nullbear quit eve etc etc.

Logic is to this thread is poison to some

exactly! in my area we have some miners that are gonna be turned into whiners very very soon, when ore prices start to skyrocket because they’re killed by me or just don’t mine anything, you can thank CCP for not playing the same game we do! I am going to enjoy this while it lasts which won’t be very long and then quit the game for good!

unfortunately for a sandbox game where the players make the decision on what goes on, has now come full circle with the bull crap now being displayed here.
CCP you need to think hard at to how much you want to destroy the game.
think back to the sov changes. these changes were so that small alliances can obtain and keep sov.
lets see

  1. before sov changes small alliances could only get sov with an overlord from a big bloc alliance.
now. small alliances can only get sov with an overlord from a big bloc alliance.

  2. sov changes were to create more nullsec content.
now. nope no more content if anything much less and because of such much more boredome and more players in rorqs mining hence serious drop in cap ship prices.
this may be a good idea to have more capitals in alliances but the price gets lower and lower because they are not being used in fleets as much so no big battles. with my main I use to go through at leaset 1 super or titan every month in fleets. but now I havnt lost 1 in a year or more, ive not even had the opportunity to fleet them up because no escalations going on.

the list goes on but these changes have caused many good players to leave and start new games. the problem is when they leave they invariably don’t come back. I have seen an active corp with 50-60 active mains drop to 10 active and all because of nullsec sov changes. now you may monitor over the next 3-6 months to see changes but by the time you do anything about it its way too late.

now everyone here in this discussion need to remember CCP don’t give a crap about mine or your opinions as has been proven in the past and hide behind the words ( ITS A SANDBOX GAME YOU DECIDE) then do what they want anyway.

one final point to remember the word GAME speaks for itself I don’t care if I loose ships weather caps or subcaps as they are all replaced either by alliance or corp and with the mineral prices at there lowest ever its easy for any corp to have a stockpile. I lived in a wormhole for 2 years and this change is just like wormhole life. now im not saying that’s a bad idea if the benefits from wormhole space is intaduced as well. then we can finally say what CCP has been after for a long time.

HIGHSEC
LOWSEC
WORMHOLE SPACE
look at that no more nullsec

So lets see off of the top of my head

EVERY T3d, all of the cov-ops frigs, Asteo, Stratios, Nestor, all of the Recons, all of the T3cs, Sunesis, gnosis, Praxis.

More can fit probes if you want them, though fitting is going to suck…

Not discussing the merits or detractors from the recent game changes. It is as simple as; CCP demonstrates a blatant disregard for its player (payer) base.
