100 seconds without any Activity Defense Multiplier
10 seconds with the the highest value the ADM can reach
Everyone will be much happier and alliances will have to utilize the space they live in or risk getting back stabbed and surprised

Why is it safer (by no means perfectly safe as thousand of kills prove on the killboards)? Better asked what makes it safer? - The organization of thousands of players working together maybe? That’s one of the very sale points of EvE. Rember: Friendship is the best ship and all that stuff?
Because local alone, without this teamwork will not provide you this ‘perfect’ safety you speak of.

Nullbears posting here seem to be massively overreacting. In an alliance, as most are, hardly anything will change for you. Your probability of dying went up ever so slightly, that’s all.

You’ll still get intel on hostiles in the area and so you can still dock up until it’s relatively safe again. Once in a blue moon something might go wrong and you’ll end up being caught by surprise. That won’t happen often.

The main people who will suffer from this are BOTS. Because bots depend on local to know when to hide. Without local, it complicates things for botters greatly.

Braw CCP jsut explained in a ■■■■■■■ scope report how local works and it exists. All theese retards saying “There is no local in Space Huehue” Wtf is wrong with you all? Just let them add the whatever its called material ■■■■. Let us mine and and fuel our own locals if its sov owend. ■■■■■■■ easy. Make NPC null and unowned or fueled space localess ■■■■■■■ easy.

I have 4 accounts subbed with money not plex. live in null most of the time. no way in hell am I unsubbing, things are starting to get interesting. Keep the weirdness coming. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

If you are a “poor” solo pilot you wont be able to affor any ship within a couple of weeks with no local in null.
