If you know about that option, I would be intrigued to learn about it. All I got from CCP about this issue was:

Theres now two new options for this: The “Open Location Menu” shortcut which when used with r-click helps you get to your locations faster L now defaults to “Open Local Locations” which gives you a quick use window for all you in system saved locations I hope this helps!

If you consider the L menu a way to get around the right click PITA, that’s the only solution I know of.
