Log while Cloaked Device

As its possible to scan while cloaced please add this device:

-medium slot
-activationtime; 20 secconds 120gj

,allows the sensors to log on targets while using a cloaking device"

as i determine that the cloacing devices come with a log on decay the decay can stay. i just call to log on 1 target while using this device.

Would you rather have a consumable that turns you into an MTU? Then you could shoot back right away. Then you don’t even have to put out an MTU and don’t use cloak because it reduces sensor strength.
