Logging in taking several minutes, then getting disconnected within a couple

I first noticed a network slowdown (only evident in Eve, BTW) about half an hour ago. So I relogged, then restarted my router. But now I take multiple minutes to finish logging in, then I lose my connection within a couple of minutes.

I am having troubles logging in as well.

This is the problem I think. All the greedy people are busy getting the gifts and stuff from this DLC.
Make it 90% discount next time, please, CCP.

UPDATE: I had Eve client installed in two folders: regular client and client for Steam. Deleted Steam’s after getting the free pack. Did “Verify cache” on the regular client and some extra files were deleted. Managed to log in to the game.

The game is still super laggy. Fetching market data takes a lot of time. Accepting missions takes a lot of time. Hardly what I call playable. I am off to Tom Clancy’s Division 2 then. A new raid has been released!

If you are encountering connection issues with TQ then I’m afraid the network diagnostics in the launcher are not going to help you. It only test your connection to the update servers it does not do any tests for TQ.

If your ISP is not able to assist you with your issue you can file a ticket wit customer support and I can try to help you figure out what’s causing it.

But it’s very likely the issue is originating somewhere outside our network and yours, most likely somewhere in the connection path from your ISP to the server. Most connection issues these days appear be somewhere in the connection route from the user to the server.

Yeah, it’s gone away for the most part, now, thankfully.
