Would wormhole space be something that would interest you? We do NS roams whenever we get a good connection though honestly we do a bit of anything and everything. It is mostly a pvp oriented corp but we do pve things in the downtime and space between finding content. Often have a couple of nights a week where we do group pve stuff like ratting.
