I am now looking to get into flying on grid while being out numbered and be ok with that, i am looking for pilots to teach me how to do this well and have the time and patience for the obvious losses i will incur

Active 10+ pilots ideally on line or a good average n amount of pilots and on comms most nights.
Being on comms is part of the Corp life to build rapport and comradeship
Ideally based form null sec but open to other ideas of where to launch from
No mandatory parts to complete on a daily or weekly timescale to stay on the Corp
Have active FC’s
Uk time zone friendly
