Join a large null corp and care bear to riches. No reason to stay in High-Sec if all you want is easy isk.
You forgot to tell him that afk ratting null in Gurista space is best, you get ECM defense from the guristas when yuo’re tackled. It’s ISD endorsed.

Honestly if gankers are killing exhumers in high sec they must be really bored because they are pretty cheap. Most gankers go for ships that are at least 1 bill or more. Not 200 mill ships, that doesn’t look impressive on killboards. The only Gankers I can see do that are the ones that main miners and they are just trying to get rid of the competition.
Saw an ark on the killboards that lost almost 20 bill in ores trying to get to highsec from null sec the other day. Thats a nice kill for a ganker. And it was also very painful for the guy that lost his ship.
That temps me to put out a skiff as bait to gank the gankers with my pvp mains. That would be funny to hear their screams if you can hear them scream in space.

I used my Mackinaw in HS solo for 50+ hours so dunno, never been attacked, then i do pay attention but my system of choice is far from Jita and the close by area.
If you want security go for a Procurer and tank it properly. It will at least take more ISK in Cats than your ship is worth to take you out so you shouldn’t have much problems. and they will go for a softer target if there is one around. Problem with the Mack is it is not built to tank and can be killed quickly and the size of the killmail makes it a very attractive target.
