ccp, take notes and realise this system is not working, i know no system will ever be perfect, and you made allot of attempts to try and fix this, but it is time to listen to the bigger community,
let them come up with a ballanced sollution that is not gamebraking and is satisfactory for every type of player 
listen to your player base,
Make carriers worthwile again, remove fighters and give them a bonus to drones and the bandwith do deploy 10 to 15 drones, this way they can project dps to everything subcap, and give them the tank of the rorqual,
carriers where the first capital ships in game, make them usefull again….
