Same screenshot frame, one for an item with fitting requirements, then another for an item without fitting requirement.

Also it means, when opening the market for a specific item, the market window bumps a bit to adjust to the height.

Its those numbers below icons in requirements. They could be done by CCP as mouseover popups tho, so it could be the same height in both cases.
