Ok, not sure what you mean here, I thought you were trying to tell people to buy plex on the market and buy their omega on the NES. Like here:
I’'ve been given 2000 plex but everytime I try to copy skills or omega my account, it won’t let me.
The nes is not required to plex to omega. You can do that through the plex vault
Clicking Add Omega game time in the plex vault opens the NES.
The way to do it is the omega subscription button.. change it from usd to plex and voila, you’re now omega. ISD shown me how to do it on there.. bypasses the NES
plex is seeded btw.

Ok, so the Omega icon in the neocom, not the PLEX vault. And glad they added PLEX since last night. I’ll have to try that feature later on another alpha account.
yea use the omega icon and just switch from usd to plex..
I was correct, they have it listed in the MOTD on the test server the last mirror was the one in May.

Yeah, the /copyskills command is not working for a few mass tests now, sadly. I wish it would work, considering the mirror is getting old.
As for the trick to Omega the account, as per Geo: (note, you will likely need to restart the client)

too much work goes into mirroring.. it takes i think 3-5 days to mirror it… it used to when it was open, be done every 4-5 months, or unless they needed it
The process of “mirroring” consists of taking an exact copy of the Tranquility database, including character and account data, like a snapshot. This copy is then processed by the CCP Deployment team and all starbases are removed in order to prevent players from spying on their positions and then using this information on the live server. Basic moon minerals are available in all moons, to help testing and prevent moon scouting on the test server.
All accounts are edited so they don’t expire. Standing and Loyalty Points are removed. Science and Industry jobs are removed (because jobs in starbases would get stuck). All assets of structures are moved into asset safety. The market is seeded so that all market items cost 100 ISK and are in plentiful supply. At least one station per constellation is market seeded like this. In addition there are some other internal adjustments. This entire process can take up to 3 days, then the Singularity server is open for public

a few things noticed…
- a tiny bit of lag as I enter a command.
- with pointer window open, much smoother in Sing than in Tranq. (for me)
My GPU was a touch more busy
but my FPS stayed very solid around 60 FPS
with my normal game settings.

no. it does not work like that.. they cannot add characters.. Atiman will be added upon the next mirror.
Cool! I hope the test will be succesful. Sounds like a very much wanted and needed upgrade to the game!
