You would need to create a new character, preferably Minmatar, but Caldari or Gallente is fine. There’s still 4 days left to get into the corp with a new character with low skill points. Starting the 1st of September all future applicants will need to have Minmatar cruiser 5. So if you’d like to get in, this is your chance.
