I saw that earlier and thought what is going on! The hunter in eve was killed by the changes made by CCP and it is a sad thing, Previously Hunting targets was a thing to aspire to but it seems now it is made so much more difficult and even frowned on by all and sundrie to the detriment of the game. We have become risk averse to the KB and stats which is frustrating.
What happened to the take it to them attitude we used to have in EVE?
Hire VMG.

Hunting contracts.
War decs and assist.
