I’m a Omega clone … So if I buy METEOR PACK and STAR PACK an the same time, the 2x30 days Omega time will be added to my character, so my next billing date will be pushed 60 days ?

Yes, any gametime that the packages include will be added to your account

The time will be added, as @ISD_Sakimura says, but I don’t know if that will have any effect on your billing date. As far as I know, the amount of game time you have remaining does not change the billing schedule. If anybody can confirm that, please chime in).
You might want to submit a help ticket to specifically ask if any game time that is acquired through other means (PLEX, packs, etc.) have an impact on your billing date.
Also, remember that a given pack can only be applied to an account one time. So, you can buy and use both the METEOR and STAR packs on this account, but you will not be able to use them again at a later date if they go on sale again.

I’m pretty sure you get billed the next time your sub expires, not at a specific date.
It would be a terrible system otherwise. You would have to actually cancel your sub in order to use game time acquired in other ways and the last thing CCP wants is for you to cancel your sub. You might forget or not bother to re-start it afterwards. Much easier to let it run and even hope that you forget about it entirely even after you quit.

Yeah, I agree, but I legitimately don’t know. I mean, my experience has been that I tack on bits of game time here and there so I don’t recall how this works with incremental adds.
I’m hoping that it works as you describe, but can’t say that for certain.

Asked ccp - It just add to the time already purchased, pushing next billing date 60 days.
