MISMAPS: A free, browser-based interactive New Eden atlas and route planner now available in public beta

o7 capsuleers!

MISMAPS v3.1 is now live in public beta.
(will update as needed)
MISMAPS is a free, browser-based interactive atlas for New Eden. It was built for pilots who want a clearer way to explore the universe, inspect individual systems, compare planar and true-coordinate spatial layouts, and plot routes without installing another application or signing in.

Open MISMAPS: https://mismaps.mimgc.net

What MISMAPS currently includes

  • 5,485 mapped nodes across all included New Eden regions
  • Planar and true-coordinate spatial projections
  • Searchable solar systems with region, constellation, security, gate, position, sovereignty, traffic, and loss information
  • Fastest, Safer, and High-sec-only routing policies
  • Waypoints, avoided systems, bookmarks, and shareable system or route links
  • Security, traffic, conflict, and sovereignty data layers
  • Major market-hub markers
  • Official ESI shortest-route comparison
  • Public ESI information refreshed hourly
  • Mouse, keyboard, and accessibility controls
  • A built-in Map Basics guide for newer EVE players
  • No installation or account required

Two ways to view New Eden

The planar projection emphasizes clarity and makes the overall gate network easier to read.
The true-coordinate spatial projection preserves the relative three-dimensional positions of systems and regions.

Controls and public data layers

MISMAPS can display systems by security status or overlay public traffic, conflict, and sovereignty information. Region and security filters can be used to reduce clutter, while labels can be enabled or disabled as needed.

The map supports panning, zooming at the pointer, direct system selection, close zoom, recentering, and system-focused views.

System inspection and route planning

Selecting a system opens a detailed inspection panel showing:

  • Region and constellation
  • Security rating and security band
  • Stargate connections
  • Recent jumps and ship or pod losses
  • Relative spatial coordinates
  • Public sovereignty information
  • Connected systems

A selected system can immediately be set as an origin, destination, waypoint, or avoided system. It can also be bookmarked, shared by link, or opened in the EVE solar-system map.

Data and routing notes

The map and route network are built from validated official Static Data Export gate topology. Public ESI information is refreshed automatically.

The Safer option is a conservative MISMAPS routing policy—not a live danger forecast. ESI comparison checks shortest routes only, and equal-length routes may use different gates. Please continue to verify critical travel and current conditions in the EVE client.

MISMAPS is intended to complement the in-game map, not replace in-game navigation or player intelligence.

Public-beta feedback

MISMAPS is still in public beta, and feedback is welcome—especially regarding:

  • Route results
  • Map readability
  • Label placement
  • Performance on different devices
  • Missing or incorrect system information
  • Features that would make the atlas more useful

Problems can be submitted through the Report Map Issue option on the site.

MISMAPS is a public cartography service of Misriah Industry Materials Group [MIMGC], Executor Corporation of Misriah Consolidated Holdings [M-CON].

Independent, non-commercial fan application. MISMAPS is not affiliated with or endorsed by Fenris Creations, formerly CCP Games.

It definitely sounds like a good app for Haulers…

Thank you very much for creating it and more importantly, for sharing it with the Eve Community…

Hey! Thank you so much. Been working on this for sometime now glad to get it out there, it was originally for personal and internal corp use but I felt like I would be doing myself and the EvE Community a disservice by not sharing it. I’m always updating MISMAPS, always looking for feedback or ideas. Thanks again o7 Fly Safe
