Missing values in /latest/markets/prices/

In my industry profitability tool, I calculate job install cost among other things.
I ran into a problem, when I started looking at t3 production:
https://esi.evetech.net/latest/markets/prices/?datasource=tranquility
does not have value for id=45652 (Superconducting Magnetometric Amplifier)
What should I do?
Assume it to be zero?

It may have been temporary outage or something, because, I found the following in the return:

{"adjusted_price":0.0,"average_price":950600.0,"type_id":45652}

use average if adjusted is zero or switch to another market api, e.g. market.fuzzwork.co.uk
