My invitee did not receive his million skill points

Then you gave the wrong link, or he didn’t use one, or the 1M sp is still in the redeem queue.

Check redeem queue (alt+Y), if it’s not there make SURE everything was done correctly. If still not then go to Customer Support and submit a help request, give as much detail as possible.

Ever so often this comes up in Rookie help channel and beyond simple mistakes & solutions the answer/result always seems to be “I asked a GM and he solved it”.
