every time I open the launcher this is what it looks like [broaken]

I also had this bug a few times, you need to clear launcher cache to fix it. It should be there: C:\Users\ USERNAME \AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\cache\QtWebEngine\Default\Cache I not 100% sure because i havent done it in a while, so make a copy of the folder before you delete it

Weird EVE launcher glitch. All graphics is gone, looks like HTML. nothing seems to fix it
