Iā€™m seeing a very similar issue on my system since last night.

Button on the left still work - did you find a fix in the end?

nah im just dealing with it

I also had this bug a few times, you need to clear launcher cache to fix it.

It should be there:
C:\Users\ USERNAME \AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\cache\QtWebEngine\Default\Cache

I not 100% sure because i havent done it in a while, so make a copy of the folder before you delete it
