i opened a new account, and i want to log onto sisi, but it does not exist there.
can anyone help?

You cannot access sisi until the next mirror which will be dec/jan possibly

well… there is a new mirror, and i still can’t log in.
they didn’t do anything to update new accounts

There isnt a new mirror yet. Theres been no announcement
