I had an additional launcher icon created on my desktop with today’s patch.
My original launcher icon shows as being created 10/31/23, modified last 3/14/24.
The new launcher icon shows as being created 3/14/24 at 2:17 PM, and modified 3/14/24 at 2:49. It’s size is 1.23 KB, Size on disk 4.00 KB.
Both launchers icons launch the “same” launcher.
I don’t know what is going on, 
(I mean, it’s Spring. Are they/it multiplying? Will there be another tomorrow?)
