New Player Looking for No Security Corporation

Hello.

I am very new to EVE, but I am enjoying my time so far. I have been doing exploration in my Astero and killing the rats in my Gila. I heard that the best rats are in no security zones.

Are there any corporations living in no security areas that need new players? I mostly want to kill the rats in my Gila and learn how to do PvP in fleets.
