Nullsec might be harder for a newer player as its more higher SP ships there. If you want to learn a little cheaper and learn with some good pvpers come try us at The Order of Omerta. Were into FW and use lots of basic frigs and destroyers that are much easier for newer players to get into and make an impact. NS is great for money and big boy fights but you wont be able to fly those ships for quite a while unless you open your wallet. If interested in talking more come by our discord The Order of Omerta
look into brave newbies or karma fleet in goonswarm they are a good fit for noobies
