I’m trying to find information on where I can get involved in creating 3D ship models that can be considered for inclusion into Eve.

Are there 3rd party tools or an area within this forum (or elsewhere) where I can get information on the 3D model formats that are required and test tools where I can develop these models.

Any and all help would be appreciated.
