Just downloaded the game and looking for some people to play with. I’d like to do a bit of everything but always love some PvP (when I have a bit more knowledge)

Which type of pvp do you enjoy ? Huge fleets or small gang ?
If you enjoy huge fleets, null sec has entities dedicated to newbros (brave newbies, pandemic horde, kharmafleet etc etc). They also procure a safe ( if boring ) space to make income.
If you enjoy small gang, go low sec. But being a low seccer has consequences : you loose security status very fast meaning you quickly need alts for your high sec business.
My own corp welcomes newbros and are involved in faction warfare. https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Faction_warfare. Take the time to read it very very carefully before joining us : again low sec is great but it’s a rough start. A bit like starting Rimworld on the desert map.
Wormhole is also great for small gang but a completely different lifestyle.

It’s not my group, but if you fancy Low Sec/ Faction Warfare I would highly recommend Aideron Robotics
In terms of PvP it’s a good place to start before you even think about going out to null sec (don’t do null yet, there’s so much else to explore!!!)
