No feedback for alliance logo long long time

Hi. Sorry for bad english.

I am CEO of the ally executive corp, we design ally logo and send it to alliancelogos@ccpgames.com email 21.02.2019. I am a long wait for feedback and next try to contact via support.eveonline.com ticket.

Support answer that alliancelogos@ccpgames.com is a valid email but support team doesnt has contacts with team which work with alliance logos.

Were i need to email for fedback, confirmation and accept ally logo? Thx.

Someone from ISD please help me. I am again email to alliancelogos@ccpgames.com and again silence …
