Today’s issue is this;
It clearly states this is “Today’s Gift” yet there is no claim, just a close button. I rebooted and restarted. I am not panicked either, just annoyed by the shear incompetence. Worse case, I miss out on 10,000 SP and some EverMarks.
Anyone got a different solution other than rebooting my PC or just trying again later?

It’s not just you. It’s something bugged on their end.
It only works if you’re not caught up (i.e not on 25/28).
lol so the only ones with the issue are those that actually care about getting all rewards

I agree but in my opinion the incompetence is quickly becoming more than just annoying, it’s insulting and unprofessional…
Also just to note: the 10,000 SP’s is tomorrows Log-in reward… Todays Log-in reward is the Skinr mats and Evermarks…

It further turns out that if you upgraded to omega today you can’t claim the previous days’ omega rewards either.
I would imagine that the whole system is borked now.
I smell a hint of compensation.
Don’t mind so much not getting today’s but I did want the cerebral accelerator at the end, which will now not happen if this stays broken.
If claiming things from when you weren’t Omega seems logical to you, then you should be claiming all the weekly 15k skill point awards, too.

@Shion_Ishii was simply stating the rewards feature is broken in the area of retrograde claims, which is something I have done myself on occasion. Oh by the way, dailies are 10k not 15k for everyone. You might be thinking of the 15k weekly we get from the New Eden store as omega. The store is not broken by this glitch. I hope this clarifies what was being said.

Just tried it…still does not work. it’s since the downtime so you can say a couple of hours…..You would think they would be able to repair this during those hours…..but it seems to be no top priority….
People who logged in during the bug will have to wait for them to implement a fix. Players logging in after they fixed the bug have not had issues. Those who can’t claim the rewards still need to wait for them to retroactively add items to your redemption queue and don’t need to submit support tickets (I would after a week or two, be sure to record now).
More likely some SKINr items is all you can expect out of this ‘‘major’’ hurdle and inconvenience.
That’s ok, I wouldn’t want them to bankrupt the economy over it. They are probably way too busy getting ready for the May Fanfest to bother with patching the last 3 days of this side of fries event.
They still have over 12 hours. However some people need to get up for work in the morning and they cannot keep looking in every 6 hours to see if they fixed this yet. I will return in 6 hours.
