Daily Rewards Still Not Working

Didn’t get the 75.000 SP rewards on a character this month.

When trying to create a ticket, the ticket system is broken.

“Notice: Unable to connect

We are unable to connect to the EVE Online servers at the moment. You can still finish submitting your ticket without connecting to the game server, but this may lead to slower ticket processing. To continue please include as much detail as possible regarding your issue and affected accounts/characters. Alternatively log in again to restart the submission process (all form data will be lost).”

Worked for my involved characters perfectly. I had it not working once in the past, but that was about half a year ago. So “still not working” is strange for me as well as your error involving a connection to the EVE online server during a ticket creation.

I suppose you somehow use a ticket reporting function in the client? If so and this doesn’t work, then why not use the standard ticket reporting on the support website?

https://support.eveonline.com/

How do you determine that?

I am not sure if i understand the question or the purpose of the question, but anyway: it worked in the same way as the 11 rewards before the final one.

First i did the last two daily goals for the 4th milestone. Then the rewards showed up in the rewards tab of the daily goals. I claimed the rewards. The 75.000 SP appeared as unallocated skill points in the skill training window.

Maybe you do it the first time and expect them to show up in the redeeming window? That is not the case. But you should know this since the daily 10.000 SP also don’t go over the reedeming window. So i am really not sure what you are asking…

No, I expect my unallocated SP to increase by the amount I claim.

When the unallocated SP increase by 75000 less than it should, then I did not get 75000 of the claimed SP.

EDIT Specifically to determine if my characters get their SP reward.

I only do it for the monthly final, any other daily 10k rewards failing to apply, will go most likely go unnoticed.

Since there is still missing logs for the SP and Evermarks. I open my Skill Window and Daily Redeem window, and take a screenshot showing both, so I can verify what the numbers before if there is a mismatch.

Then I add the unallocated SP + rewards in head to have the expected result.

Then I claim the rewards.

Then I check if the new unallocated SP matches the expected result.

If it matches I assume I did headmath correct and move on (not really a perfect check).

If it does not match, I go back and to screenshot, get a calculator and do the math correct.

I then check if calculator math matches or not.

If calculator math matches, I accept I did headmath error.

If calculator math does not match, I subtract unallocated SP before claim, from actual result to find what amount failed to be correctly applied.

Ok so you know how it should work…then back to your question: it works for all of my characters.

How do i know? I claim and directly see the isk and evermarks applied in the wallet popup. And also i directly apply my unallocated skillpoints. So i do not need to do any math. I see the skillpoints came in and i apply them. Nothing was missing except PLEX one time earlier this year and this got solved by a support ticket.

So you don’t actually check your Evermarks are the correct amount higher after?

Another 10K missing SP for a different character today for me.

EDIT And yes, on the monthly reward, didn’t even have to check each daily to find another example.

You will still need to compare the amount you claimed, to the amount listed to apply now. In order to determine if you got the correct amount.

I’ve never had an issue, I simply claim them, open the skill window and then apply them. (why would you want unallocated sp on a character you use)?

My wallet shows the Isk rewards have gone in and the evermarks, well I rarely check those as I think I’ve only ever used a few once so they’re irrelevant to me.

If you do not verify you have currently have 0 before claiming, calculate expected amount (monthly at least, you will be having 2 or 3 at a time depending if Omega), and then compare the amount you have gotten to apply to this number, how do you know you never had an issue?

Offtopic trolling. This thread is about daily rewards not working, not how attributes works.

EDIT post → thread

tbh. we explained how we know that we don’t have an issue with it clearly enough. We know what we do the dailies for, we see the redeemables and know they are complete, because of what we did. We redeem them and directly apply them. So i know what amount has to come in and then i apply all of it so nothing remains. If something is missing then i do a ticket with CCP. And so should you.

It is known that on some occasions things are not always working or are delayed, but your thread started on the premise that it is not working at all since quite some time. “Still not working” is the title. And i responded with my experience that it wass working fine for me for quite some time and that it was only not working once for me this year. Nothing beyond that.

If you find it too difficult to track, because you insist having unallocated SP and can’t keep track of it, then that is another issue and you should do a thread to suggest the introduction of a transaction list to keep track or whatever you seem necessary. I don’t need usability improvement, because if 75k SP or PLEX is missing, then i notice it and will do a ticket. If 10k daily SP is missing or 500 evermarks, then i guess i won’t even bother to file a ticket.

But there are other threads like yours confirming that people are having issues. However your thread at some point stopped being about the actual issue and turned to a usability problem. And i don’t care for usability with regard of daily rewards as much as you do and it is also the wrong forum section for usability improvement suggestions.

Why Power Armor is just trolling:

He doesn’t actually check, so he is unlikely to notice problems. Not checking does not mean it works perfectly, it just means he doesn’t check. And not checking and then posting things works, is trolling.

Trolling to make me spend time linking the other threads on the topic.

There is no such thing. Just trolling to along. The error message also specifies its the place I file the ticket (CCP) and not me that can not connect.

Trying to bring himself into a super position, only having written questions mainly about impossible scenarios or things that does not exist.

While as players we do not have the tools to actually verify we have x of anything, this is not check to the maximum depth we can check, and previous threads have mentioned issues with at least sound notifications coming, but no actual ISK applied in log. So only checking at levels that are already questioned for error.

While not specific, it does not state in any detail a test as exemplified above.

And when these details are brought up:

And back we go to the title - Daily Rewards are still not working. Just a long troll walk around nothing.

No, my threat started on the premise, that “for a character’ not “all characters.”.

No I do not, I have clearly stated how I track it, and this is easy. EDIT Also wanted to point out this is again offtopic troll, typical troll strategy. The thread is about the dailies not working, not about me having an issue keeping track of my SP.

Need Skill Point log just more trolling still. EDIT And again another offtopic spin over to how Eve has other errors than the rewards not being correctly applied.

Well I could go on ,but tired of wasting time on troll.

Either we have a language problem or i am out of my wisdom.

This procedure clearly is CHECKING, since a ticket would be filed by me if something is missing:
“We know what we do the dailies for, we see the redeemables and know they are complete, because of what we did. We redeem them and directly apply them. So i know what amount has to come in and then i apply all of it so nothing remains. If something is missing then i do a ticket with CCP.”

Which is what i told you three times now as well as Spacetramp Drago. But you turn it into “we don’t actually check”. I guess it is my error to not have written “i check this by doing this”. I thought one could comprehend by reading it. If you do something, you “check”. Otherwise you couldn’t do it and your brain would report “this doesn’t check out” during your action.

And from my checking it worked on all of my chars for this year, with the exception of one time. How do i know? Because i checked that PLEX weren’t redeemed. So i made a ticket. So CCP helped me out. So it was settled.

You asked for input here. On both dailies and your ticket problem. I responded with what i know and how to do a ticket outside of the client. If you know this, then write that you don’t need help with your ticket or if you know the other way then don’t post your ticket creation problem at all but within a ticket with CCP through the website.

You haven’t even bothered to describe how you put in your ticket. So i gave that info on a hunch. I might have written the wrong thing since i never experienced that error message. And you also keep that knowledge to yourself and don’t even provide screenshots or anything. But you have a lot of time to flame people who just want to try to understand what problem you might have and give you thoughts on how to work around them.

So if you don’t want people to respond to your posts, maybe write a sentence below your posts that says so.

Doesn’t matter what you say to them. They are right and all of us (including ccp) is wrong.

Mine worked all month.. Yes I check to make sure I get the evermarks, Isk, and the appropriate SP. In fact finished a few days early and now just do it as a habit and as of yesterday I got my Isk, SP, and Evermarks. Need to do the other daily yet as this writing. But should get everything.

I just finished the daily. Everything happened the way it was supposed to.. So I do not know why you are having problems.

Same here, no issues, got everything I was due.

I’m beginning to think it’s a math comprehension problem on the OP’s part, rather than a game issue.

Yes it’s about getting free sp and somehow losing it.

So pointing out that it could be a math problem due to you miscounting unallocated sp is not trolling.

Because if you didn’t have any it would be very easy to see if you got the sp, or not.

You seem to be turning simple daily missions and their rewards into to something as complicated as quantum mechanics for some reason, and you’re not worth responding to anymore, I’m out.

That is not what you were called out for offtopic trolling about.

If you are still having troubles. You should send in a bug report.
