So I just came back to the game and found the ESS Banks. I been making a pretty penny robbing them but I have no idea where to get keys for the reserve banks.
Can somebody help me figure this out. I’m having fun robbing the care bears and now my greed is starting to stir.

Yep, those keys are found in low sec space in the site Uriel mentioned.
Never done it myself, but you’ll need Marauders and hacking ships to open it. From what I heard the low sec sites will drop keys for null sec space in the opposite quadrant of space, so north east low sec keys can open the ESS reserve banks for south west null sec.

I’m pulling 1B isk out every day if I get good sites and every 2 days if I get bad sites. Think I can eat more isk farming the farmers? If so what’s the cheapest cloaking space boat I can use to sneak up on them? I’m out of touch on the market and I have a heavy Indy background but I don’t want to shoot another space rock for a LONG long time.
Edit I’m not the best at PvP but FW got me addicted last time I played. PvP is like crack for me. It’s bad for my health but I’m addicted.
Besides sneaking up, what is your goal with the farmers?
Drop a bunch of other covert ships to kill the farmer? A bomber, T2 explorer or Prospect with tackle modules, covert cyno and covert cloak will do fine.
Kill the farmer on your own? A bomber may be able to kill some, but will have trouble with most targets solo. A T3C or if that’s too expensive perhaps something like a Pilgrim has better chance to kill targets solo.
I’m just hoping I can get some good loot from the Chinese bots. I need to solo kill between hitting the banks.
Edit They run a lot of gilas and ishtars.
If you’re hitting ESS banks and want a covert ship to solo kill Ishtars and Gilas then covert frigates are out.
I guess your best bet is some fast AB T3 cruiser like a Loki with defensive webs in case people do chase you into the ESS.
