What kind of requirements does BiA look for? I have a small corporation and finding it hard to find members who will be active/stick, considering a null alliance so that I can offer them more.
Besides the points I have listed in the OP, member corps are required to meet a certain amount of activity in fleets. Especially on more important strategic fleets.
Generally speaking, we do not have fixed guidlines about corporation sizes or profencies. However the will to take part in pvp activities is a requirement.
Today we shot someone and he joined one of our member corps. It was beautiful.
