I think the Inventory and Active ship windows need a more convenient way of collapsing the side bar. As it stand currently you have to click the 3 dots then select to expand or collapse the sidebar. Perhaps instead there can be a toggle button with the icons circled below on the left. Maybe an arrow or something?
Another alternative would be instead of hiding the sidebard completely maybe just shrink it to only show the individual hanger labels without the text?
