I came back after a break to find out, that have no more access to my planetary installations in the Niarja system since the stargate is blocked. The problem is, that I have to delete them before I can aet up new installations in an other system. How can I delete them without having access.
You should be able to do that remotely via the Planetary Interactions menu. Open the planet, click on the Command Center and then click the Decomission button. Submit the changes and you are done. You can do this remotely from any system.
