Player corp Lp question

Hi,

I’ve tried google and simply couldn’t find the answer, so I’ll try here as my google skill are insufficient.

If a player corp has been donated LP, which roles have access to the LP and do you need a corp office = corp hangar at the station to convert the LP ?

Hello, other than CEO and Director i assume Accountant can spend LP since LP are stored in the wallet.

It is sufficient to have any required items in the hangar of the character spending LP on behalf of the corporation so an office is not needed.

Source: I am the CEO of corporation that farms and spends LP
