17Bil is the extraction profit, which leaves the char with 5.3mil sp remaining. That char depending on if you extract it “correctly” or not would be worth 2.5-3bil.
That all said, You should not take any less than the extraction value, otherwise, your wasting $20 of real money to make less than you could have just extracted the SP yourself and sold the injectors.
