I’m going to be in the market for a Mino character. Looking for JDC V, T1 Triage (only to reduce price), and Caldari Carrier IV.

There’s no direct answer to your question : you’ll never find a character with EXACTLY the skills you want.
The best way to proceed is for you to calculate the amount of skill points required. That will give you a rough estimate of the minimal price, knowing the toon you’ll get will probably have more SP on unwanted skills.

I’d say around 10-12M SP…
