But alas, your value is steep, even with quite a few non PVP skills, you still should easily get 500bil or more 
Huge characters like this take time if you decide to sell though, and you will be inundated with low-ball offers, so be stubborn if you do sell 
Also, your standings alone are worth 50bil+ as a jita trader, they often are undervalued but are either a very large time investment or a quite significant isk one if one were to pay to have them boosted to your level

Out of curiosity, what PvP skills do you think are missing?
You have good PvP skills, I don’t think you’re really missing anything, but people are generally weird about Indy and mining skills and usually refer to them as wasted sp. I find it useful myself to be able to do multiple things rather than be specialized to the point of being useful for only one task.
I’d buy your character if I could, but I would have to liquidate my assets and alt team, and I like my little group I have

I think I’ve maxed out all the PvP skills - Spaceship Command (less Titans), Gunnery, Missiles, Armor, Shields, Electronics, Engineering, Scanning, Rigging, etc. The only thing left after that is to “waste” skills on maxing everything else.
Every gun type; maxed.
Every missile type; maxed.
Every drone type; maxed.
Every weapon system; maxed.
Level V on all ships except for a few mining ships.

Personally, I’d hang onto him, your one pilot does a lot. Unless you’re looking to expand into your own personal blops fleet, dreadbomb, or anything like that.
But it’s your choice, I’d say you’re worth a premium and should avoid low offers. That being said, there are probably not many people who are willing or can drop half a trillion or more isk on a single character, so try and not be in a rush to sell if you decide to, and good luck with whichever way you choose to go, I’ve made the mistake of rage quitting and biomassing everything before, I wouldn’t recommend it

you should get +60B for your standings and trade skills aside of pve/pve/indy skills set
