Don’t let them talk you down, birthdate of 2003 is a big premium and any char this old doesn’t need to have 100% pvp skills only. Might not be today, but you will get 200b at least, these chars getting ever more rare over time.

Given the fact that your SP’s are scatered around, with no real focus and that you blown your 3b+ High Amulet clone AFTER you advertised your character for sale, my offer of 190 B looks pretty solid 
2003 DoB is a good addition to the value of your char, and that’s the only thing which keeps your valuation thatt high. I will stay at 190B offer, hope you will get higher bids. Good luck.
My personal clone was never advertised with the sale. It was in the pricing channel which is separate. If the skills not being focused was a major issue, I don’t think you would offer 190b to be honest. Like I said previously I am in no rush to sell so if it does then cool if not ill just chuck it back in a Null Corp and print ISK again.

Does it come with a guide on how to print isk? curiosity being in PH does it pass the skill check for pankrab in a rorqual?
lol passed all of the checks for Marauders, Dreads, Rorqual and Supers. No ISK printing guide though but I am sure if you got 200b+ you might already know how.
