An easy rule of thumb for a rough estimate is approximately 1B ISK per 1M SP
It then depends on how well the toon meets someones needs, how focused, etc etc. If 50% of your SP is in industry, for example, and the potential buyers who have looked are not interested in industry, they will be less willing to pay for those industrial SPs
