As the title says… small gangs hi sec(War dec) and low sec. Also a separate fit (If required) for dodging low sec gate camps solo. (some sort of variation on the cloaked mwd maybe, i don 't know that’s why im here:stuck_out_tongue:)

Yes but not all the time, so if you could suggest a setup with and w/o a logi in group that would be great.
