So I was wondering, is this forum safe from scams like the character bazaar?
I plan to be a bit more active in buying/selling on here but want to know that it is scam free?
If I buy a WH with structures,for example, on a post made in these forums are they able to scam me ingame with no punishment?

Yes they can scam you, only the character bazaar is protected from scams by CCP.
If you want to buy a wormhole or structure, its on you to use third party to protect yourself.
