Question regarding Reinforcement Timer and Unsheduled Downtimes

let’s say I have a structure which just has been attacked and I have - let’s assume - 48 hours on the timer.
When an unsheduled Downtime occurs, would the duration of the Downtime be added on top of the 48 hours? Or in other words - Does the Timer counts down no matter what, or will it pause on sheduled or unsheduled Downtimes or on any other circumstances? (Im not asking about Anchoring)

afaik it won’t pause on downtimes

As regular downtime does not add to the timer, I do not think unscheduled downtime does either.
