If I take down a citadel, but someone is docked there, what happens to them?

edit: One more question. Is the timer accurate to 1 second, or 1 minute of the 7 day unanchoring process?

I’m surprised no one knows the answer to this.

  1. If they are logged in, they get ejected as if they undocked in whatever ship they are in. All other ships and items go to item safety.

  2. If they are logged out, same thing occurs when they next log in. Though I can’t say if they come out moving like they do if they were logged in for the unanchoring.

I’d say 1 second (not verified, but other timers are accurate to 1 second, and it’s computer code, it takes extra coding to do “fuzzy” accuracy like “at some random time during the next 7 days”).

Yeah but it could also be lazily coded to only be accurate to 1 minute. For example if the server only checked the unanchoring interval every 60 seconds.
