How do you do a quote on the new forum ?
Highlight the text you want to quote and click the “quote” button that pops up over the text

@Corraidhin_Farsaidh Nailed it.
It is possible to do this multiple times to insert different quotes, even from other people as I have done here. Each time you press the “Quote” button with the highlighted text, that will be inserted in your post where your cursor currently is.
