Recommend a cheap fit for a T3 cruiser with a 100MN AB for bank hacking.
Suggest a fit for any T3 cruiser or HAC with a 100MN AB for PvP.
Specific task: bank hacking. If outmatched, I will disengage. But when I have a chance to win, I will fight.

if you want cheap, Stabber or Stabber Fleet Issue are great for ESS robbing.
And if you die, they cost nothing to replace.
IMHO, ESS robbing is best done with a gang. Have your tackle and dps setup outside on the gate, send in a stabber or celestis to hack.
